Our Shops Make Do and Mend Online is an offshoot of Make Do and Mend Cornish sewing stores. We currently have 2 shops, both in Cornwall: our founding store in the village of St Day and our waterside store in Penryn both offering a wide range of Sewing Services. St Day is a historic mining village situated in a World Heritage Area surrounded by industrial archaeology, beautiful countryside and close to both the rugged North coast and the tranquil South coasts of Cornwall. In March 2009, we opened a second shop at The Boathouse, next to the waterfront in the Ancient Borough of Penryn. Sharing our workshop there is Anna, daughter in law, who specialises in canvaswork under the name Lizard Sewing Services.
